If there are vacant rooms, we can accept reservations even on the day. Please check the availability on our official website or other reservation sites, or contact us by phone.

Check-out 10:00 (11:00 if you make a reservation with member registration)
*If your plan specifies a check-in/check-out time, that time will take priority.

The rates for children are as follows:
2 years old and under - Free if sleeping in the same bed
as an adult 3-6 years old (preschool) - 50% of the adult rate
6-12 years old (elementary school student) - 70% of the adult
rate Room-only and breakfast-included plans are the same price as adults.

The bath in the room is not a hot spring.

also welcome you to use our sister hotels, Yutoriro Garden Kitakaruizawa with DOGS (Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture) and Yutoriro Tateshina Hotel with DOGS (Chino City, Nagano Prefecture).

Cancellation fees may vary depending on the plan and reservation route. Please be sure to check the plan details.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please follow the procedure in the confirmation email sent to you when your reservation was completed.

Due to the location, when searching by address, nearby location information will be displayed, so please search for "Yutoriro Nikko."
*The old facility names "Simplest Nikko" and "Hotel Kohantei" may be displayed.

We can prepare a birthday dessert plate.
There is an additional charge of 3,300 yen (tax included)
. Please call us by 6:00 PM the day before to make your reservation.

There are no restrictions on bringing in food and drinks.
You can bring your own food and drinks into the standard guest rooms.

We offer a children's menu for dinner.
Elementary school students
Petit Course: 3,300 yen (tax included)
*The menu is the same as the adult menu, with 2-3 fewer dishes.
Preschool
children Children's Lunch: 2,200 yen (tax included)
*Breakfast is the same as the adult menu, in terms of menu and portion size.

Meals are only available in the restaurant.

Our facility offers day-use bathing.
Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Adults: 1,000 yen (middle school students and older),
Children: 500 yen.
*Price includes hot spring use, bathing tax (adults only), and tax.
*Towel rental: 300 yen
. Depending on the season, the facility may not be available to avoid overcrowding.

We regret that we do not offer day-use plans.

Unfortunately, we do not have a sauna. Thank you for your understanding.

There are vending machines located throughout the building.

The smoking area is located outside the entrance on the 3rd floor.
*All rooms are non-smoking.
*The entire building is completely non-smoking from 10pm to 6am.

In order to protect the privacy of our guests, we ask that you lay your own mattress at our hotel.

Due to the sulfur content of the hot springs, our hotel does not have an internal telephone.
