At Lilo Hotels & Resorts, we are introducing a pre-booking system (mobile ordering) for in-hotel services so that our guests can freely arrange their hotel stay and make the most of their travel time.The system allows you to view the latest information on in-hotel services in advance and make the necessary reservations and orders before your visit, so please make use of it.
Below we will explain the services that can currently be reserved through our system and how to make reservations.
■Meal time reservations
(only available to customers with meal plans)
Course start times are accepted via the advance reservation system (mobile order).
・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to seating availability.
・Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or changed by the customer.
To use this service, you will need to complete the"Smart Check-in Pre-Registration"
procedure, which will be sent to you by the hotel after you have completed your reservation (*). After pre-registration, please check the "Mobile Order" menu screen that will be displayed.

■ Reservation for pick-up time

- As of October 5th, reservations can be made by phone (TEL:0570-018-356) *Reservations must be made 3 days in advance.
Pick -up: Departs JR Nikko Station at 14:30 / Tobu Nikko Station at 14:40
Drop-off: Departs hotel at 11:10
※*Due to changes in train operation, the pick-up times will change from April onwards to the following times:
Departure from JR Nikko Station: 14:50 Departure from Tobu Nikko Station: 15:00 - As of October 5th, reservations can be made by phone (TEL:0570-018-356) *Reservations must be made 3 days in advance.
*The shuttle bus will be operated jointly with our sister hotel, Oku-Nikko Hotel Shikisai.
・We plan to transition to the new system as soon as preparations are complete. The transition date will be posted on this page as soon as it is decided.
If there are any changes to the reservation method, we will update this page as necessary.
