As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, Relo Hotels & Resorts
will be making some changes to our cleaning methods and services for multiple-night stays starting July 15, 2025.
We are taking action to do what we can now to protect the global environment,
aiming to conserve water resources and energy and reduce CO₂ emissions.
[About the introduction of eco-friendly cleaning]
For guests staying multiple nights, instead of the usual daily cleaning, we will be implementing the following "eco-cleaning" as a standard.
- Room cleaning and bed making will not be provided,
but the following services will be provided upon request:
- Garbage collection
- Towel replacement
- Amenity replenishment
[Regarding regular cleaning]
To maintain the hygiene of your room during your stay, we will provide a free standard cleaning every three days. You
can also add a standard cleaning to your eco-cleaning day for an additional fee.
- Information about paid cleaning:
・Cost: 4,000 yen (excluding tax) per session
・Application deadline: 5:00 PM the day before the desired cleaning date
This service is available as one of the options to help make your stay even more comfortable, so
